Who made modern art

back in the day.

In the early 1900s,

she drew shapes in abstract way.

In 1944, she passed away

but instructed to keep her works hidden for 2 decades.

Her work was not acknowledged until 1986 in a museum in LA.

She had the first major public presentation

of her hidden abstract work.

She was a pioneer abstract painter

whose work was not as valued as other modern artists.

It was in a New York retropective

that draw us to see

A work of a pioneer artist
